How it all started
NTG Network Toys Germany GmbH was founded in Cologne on 21 March 2013. This was preceded by an almost three-year conception phase under the moderation of the Bundesverband des Spielwaren-Einzelhandels e.V. (Federal Association of the Toy Retail Trade). Originally initiated as a working group under the name "IT Network Toys", the fundamental goals and framework conditions of an article master data and EDI solution for the toy industry were explored in the course of time. At the GoLive on 1 May 2014, NTG was already able to welcome renowned suppliers as participants.
From start-up to standard
From the beginning, the NTG platform was seen as the right and important signal for the industry. Initially started with a focus on EDI solutions, the processes for product data and media files were continuously established. Today, NTG is comprehensively positioned with numerous services for both main topics.

We have a positive outlook on the future
Our goal is to connect trade and industry, to create an exchange at eye level and, of course, to continuously optimize the data flow in the areas of EDI and article data. With our expertise and willingness to always do our best, we regard Network Toys Germany as the future-oriented interface for the toy industry. With the know-how from industry and trade, we have been able to establish ourselves as an industry platform in the last few years and thus, we were not only able to increase the conversion rates with our partners, but to also grow as a company. We would like to continue on this path with you: together for the industry. The benefit for both sides is an important aspect in our work for the toy industry. Therefore, the further development of the platform and the expansion of our services will continue to take place in cooperation with all partners.
